Orders shipping to Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania are shipped via FedEx.
Orders shipping to the UK are shipped via Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
Orders placed via Standard Shipping are typically packed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order.
During promotional periods and over the holiday season we process a higher volume of orders and longer shipping and delivery delays are expected.
Standard and/or Express shipping are not available in all countries. Available shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed in local currency at checkout. Free and/or reduced shipping promotions will be applied at checkout.
Please note: We are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Contact the third-party shipper for any shipping issues that arise with your order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding tracking.
For orders shipping to Europe and the UK, duties are paid by Marathon in advance.
EU Free Standard Shipping Minimum
Orders placed within Continental Europe will receive free standard shipping for all orders over €700 (not including applicable taxes and duties).
Can I update my shipping address?
Please reach out to our customer service team as quickly as possible, and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes to your order if we can. Please note that once an order has been placed it is not always possible for us to update your shipping information prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped from our Canadian headquarters, we are not able to reroute or make any changes to the order. While we do our best to update orders whenever possible, Marathon is ultimately not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Can I choose a different shipping provider?
Our providers offer the best combination of excellent service and competitive rates. We do not offer alternative shipping methods to those listed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Should you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible; we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order will be adjusted once it has been submitted.
