By inserting the provided batteries, it synchronizes with the DCF station in Europe. The time and date can also be manually set in Europe and the UK. It can be wall-mounted or placed on a tabletop using the fold-out stand. With split-second accuracy, it displays time in AM/PM or 24-hour format, along with the month, weekday, date, and indoor room temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
